Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add the sliced roast beef to the broth mixture and allow it to heat through for about 5 minutes.
While the beef heats, place the French roll on a baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of provolone cheese.
Bake the bread and cheese in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Using tongs, place the warmed roast beef onto the cheesy French roll halves.
Serve immediately with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
