Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 pound Roast Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 French Roll sliced in half
  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced roast beef to the broth mixture and allow it to heat through for about 5 minutes.
  • While the beef heats, place the French roll on a baking sheet. Top each half with a slice of provolone cheese.
  • Bake the bread and cheese in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Using tongs, place the warmed roast beef onto the cheesy French roll halves.
  • Serve immediately with a small bowl of the au jus for dipping.
