Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Using a small round cutter or the rim of a glass, cut a hole in the center of the bread slice.
Place the bread in the skillet and toast slightly on one side, then flip.
Crack the egg into the center hole of the bread, season with salt and pepper.
Cook until the egg is at desired doneness, then remove from the skillet.
Serve with cooked bacon on the side.
