Instructions
Cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions without the seasoning packet, then drain.
In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and soy sauce, if using, tossing everything together until well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
