Ingredients
  

  • 1 package instant ramen noodles any flavor or plain
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce optional
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions without the seasoning packet, then drain.
  • In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and soy sauce, if using, tossing everything together until well combined.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
