Easy Monkey Bread is a sweet, sticky, and delicious pull-apart bread made from biscuit dough, butter, cinnamon, and sugar, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with some butter.
In a large plastic bag, combine 3/4 cup of the granulated sugar and the cinnamon.
Cut each biscuit into quarters, then shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar-cinnamon mix until well coated. Arrange the pieces evenly in the greased bundt pan.
Mix together the melted butter, remaining 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar; pour over the biscuit pieces.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let the Monkey Bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
