Easy Monkey Bread is a sweet, sticky, and delicious pull-apart bread made from biscuit dough, butter, cinnamon, and sugar, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough 16.3 oz cans
  • 1 cup granulated sugar divided
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon more if desired
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with some butter.
  • In a large plastic bag, combine 3/4 cup of the granulated sugar and the cinnamon.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters, then shake 6 to 8 biscuit pieces in the sugar-cinnamon mix until well coated. Arrange the pieces evenly in the greased bundt pan.
  • Mix together the melted butter, remaining 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar; pour over the biscuit pieces.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let the Monkey Bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
