In a bowl, mix olive oil, ground cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Add sliced chicken breast to the marinade and mix well to coat all pieces. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken slices and cook for about 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot with pita bread and your choice of fresh vegetables and sauces.
