Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  • Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
