mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
fresh
2 ounces
smoked salmon
finely chopped
1 tablespoon
dill
fresh, chopped, plus more for garnish
to taste
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the smoked salmon and chopped dill into the yolk mixture.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish with additional dill and serve.
