Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tortillas use flour tortillas for crispiness
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or any cheese blend you prefer
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay one tortilla on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cheese evenly over the tortilla, followed by the chicken and bell peppers.
  • Top with the second tortilla.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the tortillas are crisp and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.

For the crispiest oven baked quesadillas, use a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and lightly brush the tortillas with oil.
