Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Return gnocchi and pancetta to the skillet.
Gently mix until gnocchi is well-coated with the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
