Instructions
Season the ribeye steak on both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and chopped parsley to make the cowboy butter sauce.
