Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese small curd works best
  • 2 medium avocados ripe, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the cottage cheese to the mashed avocados and mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the lime juice, salt, cilantro, red onion, tomato, and jalapeño pepper.
  • Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed and the dip reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
