Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or thawed frozen
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the corn, diced avocado, and chopped red onion.
