Cloud Eggs are a delightful and visually impressive way to enjoy eggs. The eggs are separated, and the whites are whipped before baking them with the yolks placed on top, resulting in a fluffy, cloud-like appearance.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the Parmesan cheese, if using.
Spoon the egg whites into a small ceramic baking bowl and create a small well in the center of each mound for the yolks.
Bake in the preheated oven for 3 minutes, then gently place a yolk into each well, season with black pepper, and bake for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
