Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oregano fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir in the olive oil and red wine vinegar until well combined.
  • Season the mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Let the chimichurri sauce sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve the sauce alongside grilled meats or use it as a marinade.
