Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions but discard the seasoning packets.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked ramen noodles, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and cheese is melted.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
