Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups chicken broth low-sodium preferred
  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup celery sliced
  • 1 cup egg noodles uncooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion, sliced carrots, and celery; cook until vegetables are softened.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add shredded chicken and uncooked egg noodles; cook until noodles are tender.
