Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams ground chicken lean
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs plain
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve hot as an appetizer or with your favorite sauce and pasta.
