Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger fresh, grated
  • 1 medium onion sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade, cover, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and sliced onion to the skillet.
  • Cook the chicken until it is browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the chicken before serving.
