Instructions
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
Place one tortilla in the skillet.
Sprinkle an even layer of cheese over the tortilla.
Top with the second tortilla.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from skillet, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
