Instructions
Season the steaks and let them sit to reach room temperature.
Melt butter over medium heat in a pan.
Cook the steaks in the pan for about 7 minutes.
Turn the steaks over and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for 20 minutes.
Serve with your choice of sides
