Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Brussels sprouts thinly sliced
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 75 milliliters Olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
