Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the heavy cream to the skillet, then add the brie cheese pieces. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
