Instructions
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form small patties to fit the size of mini buns.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
Assemble burgers with a patty, a slice of tomato, and a piece of lettuce on each mini bun.
Serve immediately or keep warm in a preheated oven until ready to eat.
