Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head.
Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
