Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and beaten egg until well combined.
Stir in the baking soda and salt. Add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
