Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl.
In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat.
Add the mashed bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add the shredded coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Cook the mixture for another 5-7 minutes until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small round balls (ladoos).
Garnish the ladoos with sliced almonds and pistachios.
Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving.
