Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the salmon fillet onto a large piece of aluminum foil.
Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
Season with salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and dill.
Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
Fold the foil over the salmon to create a tightly sealed packet.
Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Carefully open the foil packet and transfer the salmon to a plate. Serve immediately.
