Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pesto evenly over the top of the salmon fillet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
