Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If using puff pastry, wrap the Brie cheese with it.
Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and the pastry is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving with crackers or bread.
