Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add the oats, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and honey to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool before serving.
