Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before stirring in the Baileys Irish Cream.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined and smooth.
Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
