Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams dark chocolate finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Let the melted chocolate cool slightly before stirring in the Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until fully combined and smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
