Instructions
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
Return bacon to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss everything together to coat with the sauce.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
