Instructions
Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the artichoke hearts to the skillet and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice, cooked linguine, parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley. Toss to combine and heat through.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
