Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz artichoke hearts canned or jarred, drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably fresh
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Arrange the artichoke hearts in a baking dish. Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
