1/4cupcrumbled feta cheese
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonhoney
1/4teaspoonsaltto taste
1/4teaspoonblack pepperto taste
Instructions
In a small skillet, combine walnuts and sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar melts and coats the walnuts. Remove from heat and spread the walnuts on parchment paper to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, apples, candied walnuts, cranberries, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
