Ingredients
  

  • 100 grams pasta such as fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 150 grams salmon fillet skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream for sauce
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Flake the cooked salmon into the sauce and add the cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
