Instructions
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Layer mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on the unbuttered side of one slice.
Top with the other slice of bread, butter side out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese has melted.
Drizzle balsamic glaze before serving, if desired.
