Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Add the drained Rotel tomatoes and softened cream cheese to the skillet with the cooked sausage. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
Reduce the heat to low and let the dip simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
