Yorkshire pudding is a traditional English dish made with a simple batter of eggs, flour, and milk. It is typically served as a side dish with roast beef and gravy.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces Eggs Large
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour Sifted
  • 1/2 cup Milk Whole milk is recommended
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Beef drippings or vegetable oil For greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then gradually add the flour, salt, and milk to create a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Put about 1/2 teaspoon of beef drippings or vegetable oil in each cup of a muffin tin and place the tin in the oven to heat until the oil is very hot.
  • Quickly pour the batter into the hot muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the puddings are puffed and golden brown.
