A refreshing and hydrating drink perfect for summer, combining watermelon, cucumber, and lemon for a deliciously tangy and sweet thirst quencher.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon seedless, cubed
  • 1 cup cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 2 cups water cold
  • to taste ice cubes
  • to taste mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp and seeds.
  • Add cold water to the pitcher and stir well to combine the ingredients.
  • Serve in glasses over ice cubes, garnished with mint leaves if desired.
