A Classic Waldorf Salad is a refreshing dish combining chopped apples, celery, grapes, and walnuts on a crisp bed of lettuce with a creamy mayonnaise-based dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium apples cored and chopped
  • 1 cup celery thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise adjust to taste

  • to taste pepper
  • 1 head lettuce washed and leaves separated

Instructions
