Instructions
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass and dip the rim in salt to coat.
In a shaker, combine lime juice, orange juice, and simple syrup.
Shake well and pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
Top with chilled sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime slice and serve immediately.
