Instructions
Preheat your panini press or a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese.
Top with the second bread slice, buttered side out.
Place the sandwich in the panini press or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately.
