Instructions
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta, and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sweet relish, salt, and pepper.
Stir in macaroni, celery, onion, and tuna. Mix until well combined.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
