A delicious and creamy Tuna Macaroni Salad, perfect for a quick lunch or as a side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups macaroni pasta uncooked
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta, and cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sweet relish, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in macaroni, celery, onion, and tuna. Mix until well combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
