Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the tamarind paste, sugar, and water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
Add the fresh lemon juice and chopped mint leaves to the pitcher. Stir to combine.
Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 1 hour to chill.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tamarind lemonade over the ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
