Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning.
Spread the mixture onto a serving dish or plate.
Layer the lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, black olives, and green onions on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips.
