Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in water until the mixture is smooth.
Add pecans to the saucepan and stir until they are well coated with the sugar mixture.
Spread the pecans evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the pecans are golden and crispy.
Allow pecans to cool completely before serving or storing.
