Ingredients
  

  • 16 count button mushrooms stems removed and cleaned
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
