  • 4 slices baguette sliced diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 4 ounces goat cheese softened
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the bread slices in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
  • Spread softened goat cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
  • Top each slice with sliced strawberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
