In a medium saucepan, combine the ketchup, pure honey, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk together until the honey is completely dissolved into the liquids.
Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, whisking frequently.
Once bubbling, immediately reduce the heat to low. Let the sauce simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes. It will slightly thicken and transform into a gorgeous, glossy glaze.
Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to cool completely. Transfer it to an airtight jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks!
